Refund Policies

Cancellation:

In order to avoid cancellation fees we ask that all cancellations be made no later than one week before scheduled charter.   If cancellation is made less than a week before charter and other than day of rental, 50% refund will be made.  No refunds for a “No Show” or a same day cancellation.

Weather:

We reserve the right to determine if the weather will prevent sailing on any given day.  A full refund or rescheduling will be made in the event of severe weather warnings or steady or heavy rain.   Cloudy conditions, light winds or rain showers will not result in a refund or a rescheduling.

Overnights aboard:

Overnights aboard can be arranged for an additional cost per night.   We ask that you vacate the boat by 8 am so that we can ready the boat for the next days sail.
